Kaywon Naderi

Kaywon Naderi has extensive experience in design and technology. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Design & Technology at Displayit Inc. Starting in April 2023, they are responsible for overseeing design and technology initiatives.

Prior to this, they worked at Nassal as a Design Manager from May 2022 to March 2023. In this role, they managed design projects and ensured their successful completion.

Kaywon also served as a Project Lead for Gies augmented reality (AR) project at Illinois Business Consulting from February 2022 to May 2022.

From August 2020 to November 2021, they worked as a Sr. Strategy & Innovation Consultant at UNDP. In this position, they provided valuable insights and strategies for the organization.

Kaywon Naderi's previous experiences include working as a Sr. Industrial Designer at Fisker Inc, where they led the design process for the electric Fisker Ocean SUV exterior.

Kaywon also worked as a Technical Designer at Scenario, where they contributed to the design and fabrication of various complex elements for Disney's theme parks.

Additionally, they have experience as a 3D Experience Designer at Code Four, an Industrial Designer at Creative Circle, a 3D Artist at Kelly Architects, and a Rhino 3D Design Instructor at Tehran Institute of Technology.

Through their diverse experiences, they have gained expertise in design, technology, project management, and instructional roles.

Kaywon Naderi pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial and Product Design from IAU - College of Art & Architecture. Subsequently, Kaywon attended ArtCenter College of Design for evening courses in Transportation Design. Currently, they are completing their Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree in Global Business Challenges at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
