Bernard McConnell Jr has a long history of working in various roles in the corporate world. In 2021, they began working as a Project Coordinator for DisplayMax Retail Services. In 2016, they started working at Experi-Metal Inc. as a Program Engineer, where they worked closely with program managers to ensure efficient job setup and provided support to manufacturing during product launch and ongoing production. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Operations Associate at Timothy Herbert Financial Group, where they were responsible for back office operations of a practice with 900+ clients and $300M+ under management, as well as investment proposal preparation and training and supervising a team of three interns.
