Lauren Ramage

Lauren Ramage is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture roles across various industries. Currently serving as People and Culture Partner at DisplayNote Technologies Ltd since October 2025, Lauren previously worked as People and Culture Lead at mod.io and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Hothead Games, overseeing the entire HR department. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Adecco, where Lauren was recognized as the top Recruitment Consultant in Western Canada, and as Sales Manager & HR Coordinator at Motel One Group. Lauren began a leadership journey as Student President of Glasgow Caledonian University, playing pivotal roles in the university's student association and governance. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
