Jack Volkov

Jack Volkov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jack has most recently worked at Displayr as the Director of Revenue & Customer Operations since November 2021. Before that, they worked at Bellwether Asset Management, Inc. as a Senior Salesforce Developer from April 2020 to November 2021, where they built custom client portals and core Salesforce apps for asset managers. Prior to that, they worked at ZipRecruiter as the Director, CRM from February 2016 to March 2020, overseeing a high-performing team and supporting sales teams on multiple clouds. Jack also worked as a Salesforce Developer and Director of Sales Operations at ZipRecruiter from April 2014 to February 2016.

Jack also has experience working at RightScale as a Marketing Operations Manager from June 2011 to April 2014, where they were responsible for launching and optimizing automated marketing systems. Jack worked at Adknowledge as a Data Analyst and Salesforce Developer in 2011, developing and administering Salesforce systems.

Prior to that, Jack worked at Business.com as a Database Marketing Analyst and Salesforce Admin/Developer from February 2008 to January 2011, implementing Salesforce and Eloqua platforms. Jack also worked at Nationwide Funding, LLC as a Marketing Analyst from March 2007 to January 2008, developing a deduping system and extracting data from various sources. Jack started their career at Wine Warehouse as a Sales Analyst from October 2006 to March 2007, where they collected and analyzed data for sales and pricing goals.

Jack Volkov has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Jack also holds a certification as a Marketo Certified Expert. The certifications were obtained at various times between 2008 and 2019.
