Abhinav Rasttogi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Principal Customer Success Manager for APAC & MENA at Disprz since July 2021, Abhinav has successfully translated enterprise business objectives into effective strategies and led the customer lifecycle to enhance satisfaction. Previously held roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts at Disprz and IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where Abhinav demonstrated expertise in account management and SaaS implementation. With a background in entrepreneurship from IMT Nagpur, and prior experience in marketing and business consultation, Abhinav holds an MBA in Marketing and a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
