Raj Grover

Raj Grover is a business advisor who has previously worked as a CEO and Vice President for various companies. Raj has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Raj started their career with Nestlé in 1985 and then moved on to Mars in 1995. In 2000, they became the Vice President of India and Strategy Head of Emerging Markets for the company. Raj then left Mars to become the CEO of HMV and Saregama Plc. in 2004. After working in the retail industry for four years, they founded their own company, Neurons Advisory, in 2008. Raj has been working as an advisor at Disprz since 2012.

Raj Grover has a degree in EDP from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Masters in Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Raj currently works in corporate strategy and change management.
