DISR is the acronym for Driving Initiatives for Sustainable Results. We specialize in creating and executing cost effective marketing strategies, customer service and leadership development programs, that promote overall business growth and development. Our process ensures lasting results and sets you on a path for continued success.

We are not just a marketing company, we are a business growth and development company. We partner with you to grow your business using multiple avenues in a coordinated effort, which can and should include developing the most valuable resource you have at your fingertips: Referrals.

There are few tools more powerful in growing your business than a satisfied customer’s referral, likewise there are few things more detrimental to your business then a negative consumer experience. The positive experiences need to be fostered, managed and leveraged. The negative experiences needs to be monitored, corrected and minimized. Both of these can be achieved through our offline staff development and online engagement/reputation management programs.

We understand the many challenges small and mid-size businesses face, from limited budgets to juggling multiple hats, which is why you can't afford not to have a dedicated resource managing your brand reputation, consumer loyalty and continued growth.

Our mission is to become an extension of your team and help you to fill in the gaps that your business can support on a part-time or an as-needed basis such as: marketing and communications, social media management, online presence, business development, corporate events, service excellence training, team building, employee engagement, leadership development and culture creation.
