Alexander Arkadjevitsj Medik is an experienced professional in global development and youth advocacy, serving as the Founder and Consultant at Disrupt Development since April 2020, where focus is on achieving impactful system change. Currently an Advisory Board Member at CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality, Alexander contributes strategic insights to enhance advocacy for sexual and reproductive health rights for young people. With a strong background as Manager of Quality, Innovation & Learning at Partos, leadership in various international programs, and roles in organizations such as the United Network of Young Peacebuilders and Aidsfonds, Alexander has effectively engaged in program management, innovation facilitation, and strategic partnership building.
