Lucy Adams is the CEO of Disruptive HR, a company created due to dissatisfaction with the impact of HR. With experience in corporate HR roles at Director and Board levels, Lucy combines strategic and operational HR expertise with a fresh approach. Previously, Lucy held roles such as HR Director at the BBC, HR Director at Eversheds, and Group HR Director at Serco. Lucy has also worked as a Director at Firehouse Productions Ltd and held various other positions in business development and strategy. Lucy holds a 2:1 degree in History/English Lit from the University of Brighton.
