The genesis of this firm is the discovery we had that there is an apparent need of trustworthy professionals at an inflection of strong subject matter expertise and a keen business acumen providing valuable counsel to young modern Indian businesses, keeping in mind Indian traditions and context. In a bit more ancient sense, modern-day monks and gladiators, working for the clients with the utmost integrity remembering their fiduciary duty and professional ethics.

That is the beginning of Dissent from the existing order. Dissent Advisory is a people first organization, in the age of non-human intelligence. Dissent Advisory is a modern consulting house from India for the start ups coming out of India building for the world. We provide well rounded holistic solutions - both advisory and execution, for all actions non-core to their business - from bookkeeping, compliances, to tactical support and handholding during M&A, fundraise and other transactions. We also help with Debt raise and working capital management, legal support, branding and go-to-market strategies, risk management and data privacy.
