Rhian Greenway

Rhian Greenway serves as the Chief Information Officer at City Beach Australia since October 2008, focusing on leading ICT strategy and transformation across the organization. Over the past two years, Rhian has concentrated on replacing core systems in 80% of business units. Previously, Rhian held the position of IT Support Manager, where a robust IT Support structure was developed, expanding the team to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition to this role, Rhian has been involved in IT consulting and strategy development at Dissh since September 2010, contributing to various projects such as warehousing process implementation and cloud migration. Rhian’s career began as a Network Support Technician at Silver Telecom, followed by owning and operating Dirkwood's Computers, which specialized in computer repairs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information Technology from Latrobe University and completion of the Leadership Beyond the Theory program in 2020.
