Abhay Singh

Abhay Singh serves as the Sr. Director and Head of People Operations & Strategy at Dista since March 2025, focusing on building and scaling global People Operations, Human Capital management, and employer branding initiatives. Prior to this role, Abhay held the position of VP and Head of Service Excellence, CX & Operations at Intangles from April 2024 to December 2024, where responsibilities included scaling the global Service Excellence function and enhancing client support and engagement strategies. Abhay also contributed as Director of Operations for Marketplace at apna from June 2022 to April 2024, overseeing global contact center operations, and earlier held positions at Freecharge and WhiteHat Jr, focusing on operations and customer experience strategies. Abhay’s educational background includes a PGDBM in Human Resource from Sikkim Manipal University and a Diploma in Automobile from TATA Technical Centre.
