Larry Carrier

Larry Carrier has over 20 years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality management. Larry is currently working as the VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality at Distalmotion since October 2022. Before that, they held positions as the Global VP of Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Coala Life from November 2021 to October 2022, and as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Meditrial from April 2021 to November 2021. Larry also worked as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Endologix LLC from August 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Verily Life Sciences from September 2015 to August 2018. Larry had leadership roles in regulatory, clinical, and quality functions at Boston Scientific/Claret Medical from February 2012 to September 2015. Larry also held regulatory positions at Medtronic Structural Heart from July 2005 to February 2012 and at ProRhythm, Inc. from January 2004 to July 2005. Larry's earlier experience includes a role as the Corporate Director of Regulatory Affairs & Quality at MED-EL Elektromedizinische Geraete GmbH from January 2002 to January 2004 and as an Associate at W.L. Gore & Associates from September 1999 to November 2001.

Larry Carrier has a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
