Kathy McFarlane

Kathy McFarlane has a strong background in accounting and finance, with over 30 years of experience. Their most recent role was as an Accounting Manager at Distant Lands Coffee, where they have been since 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Division Accounting Manager at Intercoastal, LLC from 2014.

Before that, Kathy was a Controller at Tim's Cascade Snacks from 2010 to 2014, where they were part of the senior leadership team and managed a team of six. Kathy was responsible for various accounting functions including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and team management.

From 1996 to 2010, Kathy worked as a Company Accounting Manager at Maxon Furniture Inc., where they managed accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger accountants. Kathy also oversaw the quarterly budget process for two facilities.

Prior to that, Kathy held the position of Assistant Controller at Clouston Foods Group from 1993 to 1996, where they managed accounts payable, data entry, and inventory control. Kathy was responsible for establishing controls over a significant amount of seafood inventory.
