Paul Monahan

Paul Monahan is the current General Manager of Mortgages at Distilled. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Commercial Planning at permanent tsb from May 2013 to December 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Commercial Manager at Virgin Media from May 2011 to April 2013, where they were responsible for pricing and strategic proposition development. Paul also developed new, branded "Collections" bundles of TV, broadband and phone services which launched in early 2012. Prior to that, they were a Junior Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from March 2009 to May 2011, and an Associate Consultant Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategy Group from June 2007 to September 2007. Paul began their career as a Technology Analyst Intern at Goldman Sachs from June 2006 to September 2006.

Paul Monahan has a professional diploma in financial advice from the Institute of Banking, as well as a diploma in advanced management performance from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Paul also has an MSc in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer and Electronic) from Trinity College Dublin.
