Dan Schick

Dan Schick is an experienced visual effects professional with a career spanning over two decades. As of July 2022, Dan serves as the Compositing Supervisor at Distillery VFX. Prior roles include Compositor at Industrial Light & Magic from November 2013 to November 2022, Compositor at Double Negative from February 2012 to September 2013, and Compositor at multiple companies including MPC and Zoic Studios. Dan also held the position of Senior Compositor at Goldtooth Creative and served as the Senior/Lead Visual Effects Artist at Supernatural. Early career experiences include roles at Stargate Digital and Mainframe Entertainment, as well as an internship at Lost Boys Studios. Dan's educational background includes training at the Center for Digital Imaging and Sound from 2001 to 2003.
