Nicole Sofía Guzmán

Nicole Sofía Guzmán has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Management Assistant at CFG Partners, where they were responsible for tasks such as payroll validation, commission reporting, and supplier negotiation. From 2019 to 2020, Nicole worked as an IT Technical Recruiter at K2 Partnering Solutions, specializing in recruiting professionals with expertise in various technology profiles and programming languages. In 2020, they joined Psicólogos por México as the Clinical Coordinator of the HR area, where they implemented new processes, selected therapeutic approaches for patients, maintained relationships with therapists, and conducted resume screenings. Currently, Nicole is working as a Recruiter Coordinator at Distillery.

Nicole Sofía Guzmán pursued their education in psychology at Universidad de las Américas, A.C. from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in this field of study.
