Previously, Ryan founded and served as Managing Partner at Adaptive Fulcrum from October 2014 to May 2020, providing strategic consulting and copywriting services to notable clients such as Nike and Steph Curry's Underrated Tour. Ryan's extensive tenure at Bausch Health Companies Inc. spanned from September 2008 to July 2014, where Ryan held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Vice President & Company Group Chairman for Aesthetics. Early career roles included positions at McKinsey & Company and Johnson & Johnson, alongside teaching experiences at Breakthrough Collaborative. Ryan holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in English and Secondary Education from Boston College.
