Gus Plakiotis

Gus Plakiotis currently serves as the Vice President of Culinary and Ancillary Services at Distinctive Living since March 2023. Prior to this role, Gus held the position of Regional Director of Operations at GREENBRIER SENIOR LIVING, LLC from October 2022 to March 2023, and served as Administrator at Silver Comet Village between January and October 2022. Gus has extensive experience in the senior living sector, having worked as Corporate Dining Services Director at Milestone Retirement Communities from November 2016 to January 2022 and as Executive Director at Atria Senior Living from September 2014 to November 2016. Earlier in career, Gus was Regional Director of Dining Services at Dominion Partners (Somerby Senior Living) from May 2008 to August 2014, and owned Atlanta Bread Company from October 2005 to May 2008. Gus also gained valuable experience as Regional Director of Dining Services at Brookdale Senior Living from May 2002 to October 2005.
