R. A. Lelito

R. A. Lelito has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1992, they worked as an Area Sales Manager for Lawson Software, responsible for territory revenues and sales support. From 1996 to 2000, they held various managerial positions at BECHTEL/BBN Technologies/GTE/VERIZON, overseeing territory sales, field tech support, HR, and budgeting. In 2000, they became the Vice President at Dantis USA, where they secured a $180 million VC investment and managed operations during the tech market crash. R. A. then served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at MCI WORLDCOM Communications Inc from 2001 to 2003, successfully guiding the company through 9/11 and subsequent bankruptcy. From 2004 to 2011, Lelito worked as the President of Telemasys Group, USA, where they negotiated contracts and oversaw the company's operations. In the same period, they also served as the President of Laguna Development Corporation, managing investments and overseeing property acquisitions. Most recently, Lelito was the President and CEO of Distractive Media, Inc, responsible for leading board meetings and speaking publicly to large crowds.

R.A. Lelito obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, and Economics from San Diego State University in 1982. In 1983-1984, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance at California State University, Fullerton. Continuing their education, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix in 1999. Additionally, they acquired various certifications, including Continuity & Estate Planning from Generational Equity, LLC in 2016, Forensic Accounting from AICPA in 2006, Compensation Committee Advisor from Verizon Labs in 1999, Value Added Reseller from Unisys in 1984, Marketing Assistance Program from IBM in 1982, Membership in the Sigma Chi Fraternity in 1979, and a California Real Estate Broker license from the State of California in 1978.
