Ana Valentim 🌍

Ana Valentim's work experience includes several roles in human resources and people management. Ana has worked as Vice President of People at Distribusion Technologies and held various roles at emPeople, including Director of People & Talent at AVOW and Vice President of People at Duffle. Ana has also worked as Head of People & Culture at Amadeus and Taxfix, as well as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Glispa Global Group. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Process Analyst at Capgemini and as a Psychologist and Social Educator at Estabelecimento Prisional de Santa Cruz do Bispo - Feminino.

Ana Valentim earned a Bachelor of Psychological and Human Sciences from Universidade do Porto in 2011 and went on to obtain their Master of Psychology of Deviant Behavior and Justice at the same institution in 2014. In 2010, they also completed an Erasmus Intensive Course: IP CHALID at Mykolas Romeris University. In 2020, Ana obtained 12 Driving Forces® and Style Insights® - DISC certifications from TTI Success Insights, and in 2018, they earned certifications as an Advance Adventurer and for Open Water from Roctopus Dive.
