Paweł Woś has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012. Paweł started as a Tourism Information Officer at Poznan Tourism Information Centre in 2012 and then became a Student Volunteer at AIESEC in 2013. Paweł then interned at BNP Paribas in 2013 where they gained communication, attention to detail and MS Excel skills. In 2014, they were a Transport Specialist/International Trade Assistant at Noridane Foods A/S where they developed logistics, MS Navision and MS Word skills. In 2015, they were a Business Development Manager at Distribusion Technologies GmbH where they worked on direct contracts, settlements, exchange schedules and vacancy information with carriers around Europe. In 2017, they became the Head of Business Development Europe and MD Poland at Busfor and then in 2020, they were the Sales & Account Management Lead - Poland at BlaBlaCar. In 2021, they founded Hepier.com, a platform for booking pet services online. Paweł is currently the Senior Sales Consultant at Distribusion Technologies and the Head of Business Development at MySales Labs.

Paweł Woś obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Poznan University of Economics And Business in 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the same institution in 2012. From 2010 to 2013, they studied Business Administration at the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Economic Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. In 2015, they attended Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University for Management. In 2017, they received a certification in HubSpot Inbound Sales from HubSpot.
