Theo Bazett

Theo Bazett has held various roles in the finance and business industries since 2018. In that year, they worked as a Research Intern at Wales Public Services 2025, where they conducted statistical analysis for a report on the response of Welsh Local Government to Austerity and the Welsh voluntary sector funding, as well as published a blog briefing paper on Criminal Justice Spending in Wales. In 2019, Theo worked as a Summer Associate at Deloitte and a Financial Analyst at MotoNovo Finance. In 2020, they joined EdAid, where they held the roles of Business and Risk Analyst and Risk Operations Lead. Most recently, in 2021, Theo became the Partnerships Manager at Distribusion Technologies.

Theo Bazett studied Business Management with Integrated Placement at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2017 to 2020, earning a Bsc. Prior to that, they attended Wellington College from 2011 to 2016.
