Laurel Farrer

Laurel Farrer is the CEO and Founder of Distribute, a remote work consultancy. Laurel has over three years of experience in the remote work industry and is a recognized expert on the subject. Prior to founding Distribute, Laurel was the Chief Operations Officer at Yonder, a remote work platform, and the Strategist for the Rural Online Initiative at Utah State University Extension. In their role at Utah State University, Laurel worked with industry experts to develop the Rural Online Initiative, which provides education and resources to rural workers in Utah to prepare for, find, and obtain remote work opportunities.

Laurel Farrer has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Utah State University in Liberal Arts and Business Management. Laurel also has a certification from Workplaceless in Knowplaceless: Remote Work Expert.
