Brad Allen is currently the Director of Development Engineering at DSD Renewables, a role they have held since 2024, after serving as a Development Engineer at the same company from 2023 to 2024. They are also a Construction Engineering Technician with the Army National Guard since 2008. Prior to their current endeavors, Brad managed a store at Paintball Outpost from 2016 to 2018 and was a Lead Solar Design Engineer at Sun Solar in 2019. Brad holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Ozarks Technical Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Missouri State University.
