Phil Minino

Phil Minino has over 20 years of experience in engineering and product development, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Product Development at Bazooka Farmstar since July 2012, previously holding the position of Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes roles at The HON Company as Engineering Lead for Seating New Product Development and Senior Product Design Engineer, as well as Product Design Engineer at Allsteel. Early career experience includes a Product Design Engineering Internship at Parker Hannifin and an Engineering Internship at Caterpillar. Phil Minino holds an MBA from St. Ambrose University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
