John M Brooks

John M Brooks, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2001, they served as the Regional Branch Manager for Maxim Healthcare Services, where they led a team of recruiters and support staff and drove sales through key account development. In 2004, they joined BlueLinx as the District Sales Manager, overseeing a team of Product Managers and successfully implementing new sales processes. In 2008, they became the Regional Sales Manager at McNichols Company, where they redeveloped and managed a sales team while the company transitioned to a solutions provider. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the President and General Manager at Black Rock Supply/Sweetwater Cabinets, helping to establish the organization and building and energizing the sales group. Currently, they are working at Distribution International, where they started as the Regional Manager and has since become the Senior Director of Sales, leading the Midwest Region to significant growth and overseeing acquisition activities.
