David Adams

David Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of International IT at DistributionNOW starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior IS Project Manager at Sword-IT from November 2020 to June 2022. David also worked as a Freelance Consultant at C.D.A Consultancy Ltd from January 2020 to October 2020.

David has extensive experience in project management and operations. David worked at Rockwell Automation as an Operations Manager from May 2016 to December 2019, a Regional Technical Support Manager from April 2015 to April 2016, and a Project Manager from June 2011 to March 2015. Before that, they were a Project Manager and Lead Project Controller at Divex Limited from December 2009 to May 2011, where they managed various aspects of project execution and coordination with key customers and certification authorities.

Earlier in their career, David worked as a Technical Project Manager at Sky, where they managed infrastructure and operations projects from September 2007 to February 2008. David also served as a Project Manager for the Motor & Travel products at Norwich Union Insurance from February 2007 to August 2007, and as an Implementation Project Manager and Group Technology Implementation Manager at HBOS from November 2004 to November 2006 and May 2002 to November 2004, respectively.

Additionally, David worked as a Technical Project Manager at Bristol & West Building Society from August 2001 to March 2002, and as a Project Manager at Thorn Group Limited from November 2000 to July 2001. David Adams holds a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of the West of England, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a High School Diploma in General Studies from Ridings High School from 1979 to 1985.
