Josiah Black

Josiah Black has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josiah started their career at Action Recovery Online as a Sales Manager/Marketing Director from September 2008 to March 2011. Josiah then joined Falcon Drilling Inc as a Drilling Supervisor from March 2011 to August 2014, where they achieved multiple safe production records in challenging conditions. Josiah then worked at Woodworker Network as a Warehouse Manager from August 2014 to June 2015. Following this, they joined Tradesmen International as a Manager - Sales & Operations from June 2015 to August 2017, where they significantly increased annual branch revenue. Josiah's most recent role was at DistributionNOW, where they held several positions including Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Area Director - Sales & Operations.

Josiah Black has a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "AI For Everyone" from Coursera, and certifications related to leadership, teamwork, negotiation, communication, marketing, and operations from Northwestern University and Wharton Executive Education.
