Kelly Munson

Ms. Munson was appointed Chief Administrative and Information Officer of DistributionNOW in 2020. Prior to this role, she served as our Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources responsible for global HR Organization Development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Recruiting. Kelly joined the company 11 years ago and has held progressive roles in employee training and development, organization development, talent management, and leadership development. Kelly oversaw the implementation of Workday, our HRIS system and the creation of many of our leadership development programs such as SCMI, HiPO, and our Executive Leadership Program. Kelly is active outside of DistibutionNOW, she sits on the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA) HR committee and Diversity and Inclusion Program committee and is a past member of the PESA Emerging Leaders Committee.
