Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is the Chief Accounting Officer at DistributionNOW. Mark has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and finance. Mark began their career as an Analyst at the National Finance Center for the United States Department of Agriculture. Mark then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Technical Accounting Staff for Duke Energy Corporation. After a few years in the corporate world, Mark decided to become a consultant and spent six years working for various firms, including LBB and Deloitte. In January 2008, Mark joined National Oilwell Varco as Vice President of Finance and held this position until June 2014. Mark then took on their current role as Chief Accounting Officer at DistributionNOW.

Mark Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University, and a certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant. Mark also has a certification from the AICPA as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Mark Johnson reports to David Cherechinsky, CEO. They work with Kelly Munson - Chief Administrative and Information Officer, Raymond Chang - General Counsel, and Phillip Goodwin - President, Supply Chain Services.
