NSHIMIYIMANA LEVIS is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as an ICT Officer at DISTRICT since November 2010, where responsibilities include implementing government ICT policies. District seeks to bring a fresh perspective to college news through daily coverage, advice and profile pieces. Over the past 25 years, District has garnered over 500 awards from various organizations including the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, Society of Professional Journalists, Associated Collegiate Press and more.
