Jim Samuel

Jim Samuel has extensive experience in agency development and financial consulting, currently serving as an Agency Development Manager, Benefits Consultant, and Senior Financial Consultant at Colonial Life since February 2015. Jim excels in virtual meetings with companies, promoting voluntary benefits as an affordable coverage solution for employees. In addition to their corporate roles, Jim has been actively involved in Toastmasters since 1992, achieving notable distinctions such as past Select Distinguished District Governor and DTM7, as well as winning numerous area and district contests. Jim has also served as a district officer across multiple districts for 14 years. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Syracuse University.
