Michael Dobbins

Michael Dobbins, DTM, has extensive experience in technology and organizational practices. Currently serving as District IT Support for District 38 Toastmasters since January 2016, Dobbins provides support for online tools utilized by clubs and leads the implementation of easy-Speak. Previously, as the Founder and Lead Holacracy Agent at Hello Governance from October 2008 to January 2015, Dobbins established a company focused on Holacracy, having achieved various certifications and participated in multiple HolacracyOne Circles. Prior programming roles include a contract position at SWIFT and significant experience as Project Manager/System Programmer at Unisys, where Dobbins coordinated full product lifecycle processes. Early career roles included positions at GTE TELENET and Burroughs Corporation, where Dobbins provided technical support and developed corporate networks, respectively. Dobbins holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Math from Bowling Green State University.
