Charlene Hofstetter

Charlene Hofstetter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the District Municipality of Muskoka since August 2021, Hofstetter previously held the position of People & Business Operations Manager and HR Manager at Community Living Huntsville from July 2017 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot Canada, co-owning and managing Muskoka Wood Shop, and working as a Human Resources Business Partner at ypOne Enterprises. Additionally, Hofstetter held the role of Sr. HR Specialist at Sybase. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Social Organizations & Human Relations from Western University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
