Elizabeth Litchfield

Elizabeth Litchfield is currently employed at the District Municipality of Muskoka as a Project Manager in Solid Waste Management. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked at Kimberly-Clark for seven years, holding various positions such as Operations Leader, Lead Process Engineer in diaper production, and Process Engineer in tissue converting and manufacturing. Elizabeth has also gained experience in innovation project leadership, manufacturing, and teaching assistant roles at Rothsay, Procter & Gamble, and the University of Waterloo. With a background in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Elizabeth has demonstrated expertise in process improvements, project management, and operations leadership throughout their career.
