Jackie Mattice CHRL serves as the Human Resources Manager for the District Municipality of Muskoka, overseeing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, and training. With extensive experience in management and strategic planning, Jackie previously held key positions within the municipality, including Director of Programs for both the Ontario Works Division and the Housing Division, focusing on social assistance and affordable housing initiatives. Prior experience also includes serving as a Human Resource Services Officer at the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, along with roles in student success coordination and experiential learning. Jackie holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
