Rick Williams

Rick Williams has been serving as the Commissioner, Community Services at District Municipality of Muskoka since January 2006. Prior to this role, Rick was the Director of Social Services at Prince Edward-Lennox & Addington from November 1994 to January 2006. Rick also has experience as an Administrator at Prince Edward Heights from January 1984 to June 1991. Rick holds a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology from Queen's University.
