D.C. Bar
Jess Harris (Hoover) is an accomplished Virtual Events Specialist at the D.C. Bar since April 2018, with prior roles as Sr. Virtual Events Coordinator and Sr. Web and Events Assistant, focusing on coordinating webinars, podcasts, and on-demand programs. In addition to this position, Jess has been self-employed as a piano teacher since June 2010, developing lesson plans and tracking student progress. Previous experience includes freelance work as an Audio/Visual Technician for various production companies in the DC Metro Area from May 2016 to February 2020, and roles as a Live Sound Engineer at Shakespeare Theatre Company and Sound/Projections Apprentice at Studio Theatre. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theater and Music from the College of William and Mary.
