Niki Irish is an experienced professional in the field of social work and mental health, currently serving as the Outreach and Education Coordinator at D.C. Bar since May 2010, where efforts focus on enhancing the well-being of individuals in D.C. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Counselor for the Lawyer Assistance Program, providing support to lawyers and law students in maintaining their well-being. Niki also worked as a Family Therapist at Sheridan Patterson Center, delivering therapy to children in therapeutic foster care, and held the position of Program Manager at First Advantage EAP. Niki holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Family Studies and Psychology from Villa Julie College.
