Wardell Andy

Wardell Andy has extensive experience in financial management, serving as the General Manager of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the District of North Vancouver since January 2006. Prior roles include Acting Chief Financial Officer and Director of Financial Services within the same organization. Wardell's earlier career includes leadership positions at the Provincial Health Services Authority and the Children's and Women's Health Centre of British Columbia, where responsibilities included corporate services, business planning, and financial oversight. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, a CPA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants Association of Canada/British Columbia, and a Diploma of Technology in Financial Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology. Currently, Wardell is retired as of January 2024.
