Benjamin Kineshanko

Utilities Manager at District of Squamish

Benjamin Kineshanko serves as the Utilities Manager and Technical Operations Manager at the District of Squamish since December 2014, leading the District's involvement in the National Water and Wastewater Benchmarking Initiative and providing technical guidance to the Public Works Department. Previously, Benjamin worked as an Engineering and Community Services Technologist for the Fraser Valley Regional District from April 2013 to November 2014, and as a Water Quality Coordinator at the City of Port Moody from July 2011 to March 2013, focusing on potable water quality analysis and utility upgrades. Earlier experience includes roles as an Environmental Technologist at Via-Sat Data Systems and a Wastewater Technologist at Newalta Corporation. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Water Quality Technology from Okanagan College.
