Tiffany Shen

Tiffany Shen is an experienced business consultant and economic leader with a strong focus on economic development and entrepreneurship. Currently part of the Economic Leadership Team at the District of Squamish, Tiffany provides strategic advice aimed at stimulating job growth. As the founder of Lost Cairn Consulting, Tiffany supports individuals in developing courageous leadership and successful businesses. Tiffany serves as a Board Director for Flavours of Hope, empowering refugee newcomer women through culinary initiatives. Previous roles include Program Manager at Spring Activator, Partner at Coho Commissary Inc., and CEO of Kapow Now!, a health-focused food company. Tiffany holds a Master of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
