Benjamin Lamparter has a diverse work experience in operations and technology roles. Benjamin is currently serving as the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at District Photo Inc. since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as the Vice President of Operations from July 2018 to March 2023.

Before joining District Photo Inc., Benjamin was employed by Snapfish as the Director of Operations from June 2015 to June 2018. During their time there, they had end-to-end responsibility for Snapfish's Operations, including Vendor Operations, Customer Service & Advocacy, Procurement, Program & NPI Management, and Quality. Benjamin also managed divestiture and new company setup projects and milestones.

From 2003 to 2015, Benjamin worked at HP in various roles within the Snapfish Division. Benjamin served as the Director of Operations from January 2014 to May 2015, where they oversaw the operations of the division. As the Worldwide Head of Vendor Operations from August 2012 to December 2013, they managed global vendor operations and fulfillment networks for Snapfish. From January 2011 to July 2012, they were the Vendor Operations Lead Europe, responsible for managing vendor operations and fulfillment network in 14 European countries. Benjamin also held the position of Operations Manager Europe from January 2009 to December 2010, where they managed the fulfillment network in 14 European countries for Snapfish. Additionally, they worked as an Operational Program and Portfolio Manager from July 2007 to December 2008, and as a New Product Introduction and Procurement Engineer from October 2003 to June 2007.

Before their tenure at HP, Benjamin Lamparter was the Director and Owner of e-beny web-services from 2004 to 2012.

Benjamin Lamparter's education history includes various institutions and degrees. In 1991, they attended Schönbuch Gymnasium Holzgerlingen, where they obtained their German Abitur degree with a focus on Maths and Arts. Then, from 2000 to 2003, they studied at Berufsakademie Stuttgart, earning a Diploma in business & commercial information technology. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in the same field at The Open University. In 2013, Benjamin briefly attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in Innovation.
