Francisco Mariani

Francisco Mariani has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Francisco is currently serving as the Managing Director at Distrito T-Mobile since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Area General Manager at Hyatt House & Hyatt Place from January 2015 to September 2021. Francisco also worked as a General Manager at Hyatt House San Juan from May 2014 to May 2016, and at Hyatt Place Bayamon from May 2013 to May 2014.

Before joining the Hyatt brand, Mariani served as the Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Louisville from September 2010 to May 2013. Francisco also worked as an Assistant Rooms Executive at Hyatt Regency DFW Airport from March 2008 to September 2010.

In their early career, Mariani held various roles at different Hyatt properties, including Front Office Manager and Executive Housekeeper at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress from 2006 to 2008, and Executive Housekeeper at Hyatt Dorado Beach from 2005 to 2006. Francisco also served as the Director of Recreation and Guest Services at Hyatt Dorado Beach & Hyatt Regency Cerromar Beach from 2003 to 2005.

Mariani began their career at Hyatt Regency Cerromar Beach Resort, where they worked as an Assistant Banquet Manager, Meeting Concierge, and Three Meal Assistant Restaurant Manager from 2000 to 2003.

Francisco Mariani completed their high school education at Colegio San Jose from 1987 to 1992. Francisco later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating between 1992 and 1997.
