BJ Brugman

BJ Brugman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Distynct. Prior to Distynct, BJ worked at Elanco for eight years in various roles. Most recently, BJ served as a Global Account Manager at Elanco, where they were responsible for driving accountability for the execution of regional and local projects being managed by Elanco and partner representatives. In this role, BJ also led negotiation and maintenance of global agreements with business partners. Additionally, BJ has experience working in sales and internships in the supply chain and agronomy departments. BJ holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University.

BJ Brugman's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University, a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University Krannert School of Management. BJ also attended Clay Central-Everly High School.
