Mahmood Sadat

Mahmood Sadat has extensive experience in customer support and web development, currently serving as Customer Server Support at DIT Web Solutions Inc. since January 2020, where responsibilities include resolving client issues across various domains, overseeing website performance and security for over 100 sites, and leading web application production launches. Previously, Mahmood worked as a Junior Developer at MasterSolve Inc. in April 2019, focusing on optimizing processes with SugarCRM using the LAMP stack, participating in team meetings, and engaging in various development tasks. Mahmood holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Durham College, having completed this education in two separate terms from 2016 to 2022, and also earned a High School Diploma from J Clarke Richardson Collegiate between 2012 and 2016.
