Bora Yalınay

Bora Yalınay has more than 20 years of experience in international companies operating in the field of auditing and publicly traded local and international companies. His areas of expertise include financial restructuring, investor and analyst relations, financing, IPO, cost optimization, financial planning and analysis. Bora Yalınay graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Economics in 1997. He started his career in the Istanbul office of Deloitte audit firm in 1997 and most recently held the position of senior manager. He also served in the Deloitte Canada office between 2000 and 2002.
