Ana Beatriz Chagas is an experienced professional in human resources and training development, currently serving as an Analista de RH Pleno and Analista de DHO Pleno at Dito CRM since March 2022. In this role, Ana has successfully improved corporate training request workflows and provided consultative support for training initiatives across various areas.
