PH has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pedro Henrique started their career in 2013 as an Analyst of Marketing at FGV Consultoria Jr. In 2012, they worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Plan Inteligência de Mercado. In 2013, they co-founded Gerar Cosméticos, a distributor of cosmetics, and acted as a Co-Founder until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Business Developer at Dito CRM, focusing on consultative sales and supporting departments such as Marketing, Customer Success, and New Business. In 2014, they also started working as a Business Developer at Cidiz, holding the position until 2016. PH then joined Treinus in 2015 as the Head of Marketing & Sales, implementing CRM and marketing automation tools, as well as the Inbound Marketing strategy. Pedro Henrique held various roles at Treinus, including Head of Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, where they implemented OKR planning methodology and revamped the customer support system. PH returned to Dito CRM in 2018 as a Sales Account Executive and was promoted to the Head of Sales position in 2022.

Pedro Henrique Alvares (PH) completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical degree in Business Administration from Sebrae, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.

Afterwards, PH pursued a degree in Marketing from Estácio, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Throughout their education, PH also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills in the field of marketing. These certifications include Outbound Marketing & Sales from Outbound Marketing ®, obtained in May 2018, Inbound Certification from HubSpot, obtained in September 2017, Marketing de Conteúdo Avançado from Rock Content, obtained in September 2017, InBox - Inteligência Digital from Buscar ID, obtained in December 2015, and Marketing de Conteúdo from Rock Content, obtained in August 2015.
